岗位职责

  • Handles work schedules.
  • Liaisons between contractors, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.
  • Manage the work methodologies and materials to ensure that construction projects are delivered on time, on budget and within laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all project-related.
  • Provide expert advice on procurement, risk management and cost-saving measures.
  • Knowledge in Electrical, ACMV and BMS works.
