岗位职责

Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Process booking orders and coordinate shipment handovers to Operations.
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates and exceptions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, claims, and feedback professionally.
  • Provide spot quotations and identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Build strong customer relationships and support customer retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and service excellence.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and customer requests related to Go Green programs.
