岗位职责
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage customer service schedules and appointments.
Handle service arrangements, rescheduling, follow-ups, and customer enquiries.
Plan daily work schedules and routes for technicians, drivers, and operational staff.
Assign daily duties and monitor staff work progress and productivity.
Manage employee attendance, leave applications, and manpower planning.
Prepare and maintain employee productivity, attendance, and operational reports.
Monitor customer feedback, Google Reviews, complaints, and service quality.
Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve customer and operational issues.
Maintain product usage, inventory, and operational records.
Prepare regular reports for management review.
Assist with recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and training of new staff.
Monitor new employees’ performance and provide guidance when required.
Support management in improving operational processes, workflow, and service quality.
Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems.
Previous experience in operations, customer service, administration, or manpower coordination will be an advantage.
