Job Summary
Join our team as an admin assistant on a 6-month fixed-term contract to maintain smooth daily operations and provide basic accounting support in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations during the contract period
Provide accurate and timely support for Accounts Payable processes, including invoice verification and payment tracking
Support Accounts Receivable activities by assisting with billing, payment follow-ups, and record maintenance
Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain continuity and meet operational deadlines
Organize and maintain documentation related to accounting and administrative functions
