Job Description

We are looking for an organised and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance and safety of our company's facilities in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily facilities operations and ensure the workplace is safe, clean and well maintained.
• Coordinate building maintenance, repairs and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Manage external contractors, service providers and maintenance vendors.
• Monitor facilities-related budgets, expenses and service contracts.
• Conduct regular inspections and follow up on maintenance issues.
• Coordinate cleaning, security, utilities, equipment and other workplace services.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, contracts and facility-related documentation.
• Ensure facilities comply with applicable workplace safety and operational requirements.
• Respond to facility emergencies and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Work with internal departments to support office and workplace requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve facility efficiency and control operating costs.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Building Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant facilities or building management experience.
• Good knowledge of facilities maintenance and vendor management.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting/documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
