We're Hiring: Helpdesk Engineer!

We are looking for a motivated Helpdesk Engineer to provide technical support and resolve IT issues efficiently. If you have a passion for helping others, strong problem-solving skills, and at least one year of experience in a helpdesk environment, we want to hear from you!

Location: Singapore, Singapore
Work Mode: Work from Office
Role: Helpdesk Engineer

What You'll Do:
️ Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
Provide timely solutions for IT problems via phone, email, or in-person
Assist with password resets and access management
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
Document support requests and resolutions
Collaborate with other IT team members for complex issues

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus
