Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare all food according to recipes
• Ensure all opening and closing duties are implemented in accordance with the established standards
• Minimize spoilage and wastage by preparing and storing food items according to established standards
• Maintain a clean work section and always observe hygiene and safety standards
• Advise your Superiors of supplies to be ordered
• Prepare mis-en-place and ensure all preparations are arranged neatly and orderly before service

• Able to work rotating shifts and weekends/public holidays
