We're hiring a Program Designer at Ideavit Co!

We build corporate training and team-building experiences that actually change how people work and we're looking for someone to design the heart of it.

You'll create session plans, materials and team-building games; sit with clients to shape their agenda and outcomes; run or co-run programs on event day; and turn results into evaluation reports that show real impact.

What we're looking for:

A Master's in Psychology (Org/IO a plus)

HRD Corp Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification

Strong instructional design, creativity and storytelling

Bonus points for generative-AI know-how
