Job Summary
The Procurement Executive is responsible for supporting the company's procurement activities by sourcing materials and services in a timely, cost-effective, and efficient manner. The role involves managing purchasing processes, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining procurement records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures to support operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Source and evaluate suppliers to support procurement requirements.
Obtain and compare quotations, pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Prepare and process purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Maintain procurement records and related documentation.
Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Resolve supplier-related issues, including delivery delays and quality concerns.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with internal departments to support operational requirements.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
Candidates without prior experience but with a strong interest in procurement are welcome to apply.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
