Job Summary

Support project managers in electrical project execution by coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, managing delivery schedules, certifying payment documents, and preparing variation orders and change management.

Responsibilities

Support the project manager in executing electrical engineering projects to ensure timely and quality delivery

Attend coordination meetings to facilitate communication and alignment among project stakeholders

Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to manage project requirements and resolve issues

Arrange delivery schedules to ensure materials and services are available as needed for project progress

Certify payment documents for subcontractors and suppliers to maintain accurate financial records

Prepare variation orders and manage change requests to support project scope adjustments

Apply problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project execution challenges effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Relevant background in Electrical Trade

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Electrical Trade

Diploma in Electrical Engineering Trade
