Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate and supervise construction teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays or budget overruns
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality meets specifications and safety standards
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, plans and progress reports
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations on site
• Control project costs through effective resource management and procurement practices
• Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, incidents and project milestones

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or its equivalent
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in construction management or a similar supervisory role within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety regulations and building codes
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
• Excellent project planning and scheduling abilities, with proficiency in relevant software (such as Microsoft Project or similar tools)
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control project costs effectively
• Knowledge of health and safety management systems and construction site safety protocols
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field
• Possess own transport and willing to be base at Johor Bahru and able to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday), from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Preferred experience with infrastructure or large-scale commercial projects

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
