Job Summary
You will support the interior design and project team by managing quotations, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining project documents, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth project operations.
Responsibilities
Prepare and update customer quotations accurately to support sales and project needs
Assist with creating and managing invoices, purchase orders, and other project documents to ensure timely processing
Coordinate communication and logistics with suppliers, contractors, and the factory to meet project requirements
Follow up on pricing, orders, deliveries, and project needs to maintain project timelines
Maintain organized records of quotations, invoices, and project documents for easy retrieval and audit
Support sales and project teams with daily administrative tasks to enhance team efficiency
Update customer and project information in relevant systems to ensure data accuracy
Schedule appointments, meetings, and project-related arrangements to facilitate smooth operations
Perform general office administration and filing to maintain an orderly work environment
Provide ad-hoc administrative support to management as needed to assist with special projects
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Basic understanding of quotations and invoicing processes to support project documentation
Experience in interior design, renovation, construction, or related industries to better understand project context
