Job Purpose

To monitor, track, and coordinate the production process to ensure that manufacturing activities are completed on time, according to quality standards and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time completion of work orders.
• Track the flow of materials, parts, and products through the production process.
• Communicate with production teams, supervisors, and other departments to resolve any delays or issues.
• Update production logs and databases with real-time information.
• Check inventory levels and coordinate material replenishment as needed.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production status reports.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Assist in maintaining quality standards by reporting defects or non-conformities.
• Support production planning by gathering and analyzing process data.
• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate shipments and deliveries.
• File and maintain production related documents for audit and compliance purposes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and production standards.
• Perform administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and document preparation related to production activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in Business Administration, Manufacturing, or related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in a production or clerical role preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic production management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
