We are a dynamic architectural and interior design company specializing in high-end projects across Malaysia, Australia, Macau, and China. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and committed Site Supervisor to join our team and be part of our exciting journey.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Supervise daily site activities to ensure works follow approved drawings and specifications.

2. Coordinate and monitor contractors, subcontractors, and workers on site.

3. Ensure construction works are carried out according to project schedule.

4. Conduct site inspections and report progress to the project team.

5. Identify site issues and coordinate with architect, consultant, and contractors for solutions.

6. Ensure site safety practices and housekeeping are properly maintained.

7. Monitor material delivery and usage on site.

8. Assist in quality control (QC) to ensure workmanship meets required standards.

9. Attend site meetings and prepare basic site reports when required.

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – we welcome those eager to learn and grow.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Able to work independently and take initiative.

Willing to travel for site supervision and overseas visits.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project reporting tools.
