About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with minimum 7 years' experience and a Chartered qualification (MRICS / HKIS / equivalent). Candidates with experience in any of the following fields are welcome: Civil Works, Building Construction, Fitting-Out Works, Building Renovation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, tender documents, and cost plans

• Manage contract administration, variations, claims, and final accounts

• Review drawings and specifications for accurate cost assessment

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams

• Provide cost advice and value engineering input

• Use ERP systems for cost tracking, procurement, and reporting

About you

• Minimum 7 years' QS experience

• Chartered qualification (MRICS / HKIS / equivalent)

• Experience in one or more of the above disciplines

• Fluent in English, written and spoken

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft 365

• Knowledge of ERP systems (cost control, procurement, reporting)

• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

• 5 – 5.5 days work (Mon-Fri 08:30-18:00 & Sat 08:30-13:00)
