Construction sector, specializing in Addition & Alteration (A&A) and Building Works
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop and manage project timelines and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
Resource Management: Allocate manpower, materials, and budget efficiently for successful project execution.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and implement measures to address and mitigate them.
Contract & Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to contract terms and comply with relevant regulations.
Quality Control: Oversee project work to ensure it meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates and progress reports to management and clients.
Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and manage the budget to prevent overruns.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues that may arise during the project.
Project Handover: Ensure successful completion of the project and proper documentation for handover.
Job Requirements:
Experience working with main contractors in the construction industry.
Familiarity with coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and resources on-site.
1-3 years of working experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in Singapore.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
