Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for quality control and quality assurance activities in the production process.
• Monitor and ensure products meet customer specifications, drawings and quality standards.
• Perform inspection, measurement and analysis of products using appropriate measuring equipment.
• Investigate quality issues, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records and relevant documentation.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering and other departments to resolve quality issues.
• Support internal, customer and external audits.
• Monitor and improve quality performance and production processes.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Experience in QA/QC, preferably in plastic injection moulding or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan and 8D is an advantage.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiar with measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
