• Plan, direct, and monitor the company’s daily operations to achieve optimum efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, safety standards, and relevant laws and regulations.
• Coordinate and monitor departmental performance and operational KPIs.
• Prepare regular operational reports for senior management.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective improvement measures.
• Lead, guide, and develop the team towards achieving the organizations objectives.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
