Position Title: Project Coordinator (Event)
Working Location: Kallang
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm; Sat, 9.00am - 1.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + Commission + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role



Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal teams to prepare event materials, manpower, schedules, and onsite arrangements.
Assist in preparing event proposals, timelines, floor plans, and logistics documents.
Arrange venues, equipment, deliveries, setup, and teardown activities.
Conduct internal briefings and ensure all teams understand the event requirements.
Assist with promoter recruitment, scheduling, and deployment for sales or roadshow events.
Support budget tracking, expense monitoring, and post-event reporting.

At least 1 year of relevant experience in event coordination, event operations, logistics coordination, exhibitions, roadshows, or project support is preferred.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and Public Holidays, when required by event schedules.
