岗位职责

Job Description:

  • Market, promote, and sell CETE programs, including HRD Corp claimable courses and corporate training programs
  • Plan and execute marketing and sales activities to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners
  • Recruit corporate partners and trainers, and manage customer databases
  • Manage HRD Corp eTRiS processes, including course applications, trainer registration, and grant applications
  • Coordinate training programs, including scheduling, trainers, venues, materials, and participants
  • Support branding and promotional activities across various marketing platforms
  • Conduct basic market research and stay updated on HRD Corp developments
  • Collaborate with internal departments on marketing, events, and promotional activities
  • Attend meetings, prepare reports, and perform other assigned duties

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, HR, Education, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate training, education, sales, or marketing
  • Experience with HRD Corp / eTRiS system is an advantage
  • Experience in training coordination or event management is preferred
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital platforms
