Job Summary

Develop and execute business strategies to increase customer base, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability. Lead and mentor sales staff to achieve sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to increase customer acquisition, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability
• Train, motivate, and mentor sales staff through ongoing feedback and coaching to meet and exceed sales goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage company administration tasks to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards to attract and engage customers
• Conduct performance appraisals to identify training needs and support staff career development
• Organize and coordinate staff work schedules to optimize operational efficiency
• Oversee daily store management to ensure smooth and effective business operations
