Job Description

• Machine set up and operation according to job sheet
• Monitor print runs for alignment, colour consistency (based on CYMK), registration and print quality
• Monitor ink mixture viscosity before and during production and act accordingly to ensure quality consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and able to do trouble shooting on quality issue
• Perform visual inspection vs customer approved sample or 1st piece sample
• Record production data, quality checks and material usage.
• Manage ink stock, flexo plate upkeep, doctor blades & other consumables.
• Able to provide training to operators

Job Requirement

• 3- 5yrs experience in Flexo Printing preferable paper or flexible packaging industry
• Must be able to read job sheet and artwork.
• Work Location: Parit Yaani

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
