Job Scope and Responsibilities
The Service Crew is responsible for executing a precise, course by course dining experience, ensuring each guest is attended to with professionalism, awareness, and refined service standards at all times.

Course by Course Service Execution

• Serve dishes and beverages in proper sequence, ensuring smooth progression of each course
• Present and place dishes using correct service techniques, positioning, and timing
• Clear tables discreetly and efficiently between courses, maintaining table cleanliness and readiness
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar to ensure accurate timing and flow of service

Menu Familiarity and Guest Interaction

• Possess clear understanding of the menu and be able to explain dishes when required
• Communicate confidently and accurately without over engaging or disrupting the dining experience
• Address guest requests and preferences with attentiveness and discretion

Beverage Service

• Serve water, wines, and other beverages according to established service standards
• Maintain guest glasses, ensuring timely refills and proper presentation throughout the dining experience

Guest Attention and Presence

• Maintain constant awareness of the dining floor to anticipate guest needs without being called
• Attend to guests promptly, professionally, and respectfully at all times
• Uphold a calm, controlled, and polished service presence

Cleanliness and Table Maintenance

• Ensure tables are kept clean, organized, and aligned with fine dining presentation standards
• Reset tables efficiently and accurately for subsequent seating
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, dining areas, and back of house support areas

General and Deep Cleaning Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning duties to maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet
• Participate in scheduled deep cleaning of the outlet, including dining areas, service stations, equipment, and fixtures
• Ensure all cleaning is carried out in accordance with company standards and hygiene requirements

Professional Conduct and Discipline

• Adhere strictly to company service standards, grooming requirements, and operational procedures
• Maintain punctuality, discipline, and consistency in performance
• Handle all service equipment, cutlery, and glassware with care and precision

General Expectations

• Deliver a seamless and elevated dining experience through disciplined execution and attention to detail
• Operate with professionalism, composure, and strong situational awareness
• Uphold the standards, image, and service philosophy of Luxis at all times

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
