Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and operational setup for brand events, exhibitions and client activations

• Oversee boutique upkeep, including lighting, security systems, display fixtures and general facilities

• Manage maintenance schedules and ensure timely resolution of operational issues

• Coordinate store layout, fixture installation and operational readiness prior to shop opening

• Liaise with contractors and relevant departments on maintenance, repairs and facility improvement works

Requirement

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in retail operations

• Experience in handling retail store operations

• Good command of Language to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills
