WE’RE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

AFSA Academy Sdn Bhd is looking for a proactive, confident, and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive based in Pasir Gudang, Johor.

Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Acquire corporate clients for AFSA Academy’s training programmes and services.
• Build strong relationships with HR, Safety, EHS, industrial and corporate clients.
• Manage enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and sales closing.
• Reach out to prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email and company databases.
• Arrange client meetings, presentations and business appointments.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Support the expansion of AFSA Academy’s market presence in Johor and surrounding areas.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is confident in meeting and engaging with clients.
• Is proactive, sales-driven and results-oriented.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Has experience in Sales or Business Development, which will be an advantage.
• Has exposure to the training, safety, fire safety, oil & gas or industrial sectors, which will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude, confidence and ambition are also encouraged to apply.
