Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily workforce administration activities and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and contractor administration.
Validate and coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, leave, and absences.
Maintain accurate employee data in HR and workforce management systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, TAMS).
Work closely with Business Units, HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
Monitor operational metrics and investigate discrepancies.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and management updates.
Support system administration, including user access, troubleshooting, and enhancement activities.
Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities.
Maintain SOPs and ensure compliance with governance requirements.
Support audits, system enhancements, and process transition projects.
Provide operational coordination and ground support when required.

Key Requirements

Degree in Business, Human Resources, or any related field of study
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Administration, Human Resource Operations, Payroll, or Shared Services.
Familiarity with HR and payroll systems such as SuccessFactors, TAMS, or similar platforms.
Strong excel and data management skills; Power Query or Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and solve problems.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
