Job Descriptions
Standby/Onsite to attend to service calls and customers’ needs
Project coordination involving handling progress schedule of projects, assist with schedule and placement of work orders of new/ongoing projects
Site inspection and ensure the quality of work are achieved and comply with authorities/customers’ needs
Monitor project plans, handle customers’ complaints, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction and resolutions
Manage large numbers of incoming calls
Liaise and coordinate with relevant personnel (Sub-contractors, Suppliers, and Clients) to coordinate and service projects and to ensure the smooth running of projects to ensure regulations are achieved and comply with.
Prepare relevant documents, drawings, and service reports to assist in projects for submission.
May be required to work on-site on certain weekends if there is a shutdown, to supervise projects, and assist colleagues
Prepare post projects documentation reports after projects have been completed and gather data to analyze any shortfall in customer satisfaction, in order to ensure and achieve better customer satisfaction in the future
Servicing, following up, and establishing a strong relationship and bond with existing customers to ensure customers’ satisfaction is being met and a long-term relationship is formed.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A Level College. Bonus if possess Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.

Required Skill(s): Customer Services, Project Management, and Coordination
Preferably some experience in Customer Service and Project Coordination
Highly organized, flexible, and able to work independently as well as in a group
Detail orientated, works with a high degree of accuracy and ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Established in 2016, Blue Electric Pte Ltd is a system integrator that specialise in the designing and building of Data Centers in Singapore.
As the key critical facilities intergrator, our solution includes UPS System, Chillers, Fire Protection System, Raised Floor System, Electrical Services and etc.
We provide 24 hours x 7 days of facilities management for data centres and mission critical equipment rooms.
