Job Summary

You will perform administrative and coordination tasks to support staff management, compliance, and office operations in a fast-paced electrical services environment.

Responsibilities

Perform daily administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation to support operational efficiency

Maintain and update employee records in the staff database to ensure accurate personnel information

Process staff movements and manage work-pass applications and renewals to comply with regulatory requirements

Track supplier purchases, logistics records, and equipment calibration schedules to support procurement and maintenance accuracy

Coordinate and arrange staff training courses, including Safety Induction Courses, to ensure workforce compliance and safety awareness

Prepare and submit site-clearance applications and related documentation to meet project and regulatory standards

Manage office supplies inventory and maintain general office cleanliness to support a productive work environment

Execute additional duties assigned by management to support team and company objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Familiarity with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and work-pass procedures to assist with compliance

Basic proficiency in written and spoken English to communicate effectively within the team and with external parties

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word to perform administrative and data management tasks

Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently

Availability to start immediately or on short notice to meet operational needs
