Responsibilities
Manage project schedules, timelines, and day-to-day project coordination to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, building management, consultants, and relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution and a high level of client satisfaction.
Monitor site progress and identify critical activities, potential delays, and issues requiring attention to ensure projects remain on schedule.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, drawings, contract specifications, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Review and interpret architectural, specialist, and MEP drawings and details.
Work closely with the design and project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to identify project requirements and resolve site issues effectively.
Communicate project updates, requirements, and solutions clearly to all relevant parties.
Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining good time management and organisational skills.
Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum
Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Building, Construction, or a related field
, or equivalent.
At least
3 years of relevant industry experience
, preferably in interior design, renovation, construction, or related projects.
Able to read, understand, and interpret
architectural, specialist, and MEP drawings/details
.
Strong project coordination, scheduling, and time-management skills.
Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to visualise site issues and propose practical solutions.
Independent, responsible, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Our company offers a one-stop Design & Build services, that provide our clients’s a comprehensive solution to all their requirements, from Interior Design works and Design Consultancy Services, end-to-end project management, as well as contracting for the various support sectors for a complete Commercial Units' make-over and/or renovation.
