. Sales Person (Mobile Phone Shop)

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Recommend mobile phones, accessories, and packages based on customer needs.
• Explain product features, specifications, promotions, and warranties.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and upsell related products such as cases, screen protectors, chargers, and insurance.
• Handle cash, card, and online payments accurately.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Assist with stock receiving, stock counting, and inventory management.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Stay updated on the latest smartphones, gadgets, and promotions.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
