About the role

Customer Care Representative, PCGS APAC (Excluding China) to support day-to-day customer inquiries for (potential) Collectors Club members across the region. This position will be based in Hong Kong and will report to the Customer Care Manager, PCGS APAC (Excluding China).

Key responsibilities

• Answer all inbound customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and in-person visits promptly and professionally

• Meet face-to-face with (potential) Collectors Club members during office visits, events, and trade shows to provide personalized service

• Support customers with submission-related questions, account updates, service information, and general PCGS processes

• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-up actions

• Escalate complex cases when needed

• Partner with sales and operations team to improve customer journey

• Identify potential high-value Collectors Club members and refer them to Business Development team for key account development opportunities

About you

• 1+ years customer service experience preferred

• Customer-focused, organized, and professional

• Comfortable in fast-paced environment

• Interest in the collectibles, auction, or grading industries

• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required

• Additional Asian language skills are a strong plus
