Position : Retail Store (Watsons Malaysia)

Location : IOI Putrajaya , Alamanda & Dpulze (Cyberjaya)

Job Scope:

• Provide beauty and skincare consultation to customers at Watsons stores.
• Recommend suitable products according to customers’ skin type, concerns, and preferences.
• Conduct product demonstrations, including makeup or skincare application techniques.
• Ensure the beauty section is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
• Achieve monthly individual and store sales targets.
• Build long-term customer relationships to increase brand loyalty.
• Keep up to date with the latest beauty trends, product launches, and promotions.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and approach customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Promote and explain product benefits, ingredients, and proper usage.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support when needed.
• Handle product inquiries, returns, or complaints politely and efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment and merchandising.
• Represent Watsons’ beauty brand partners professionally at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Diploma or Certificate in Beauty, Cosmetology, or related field is an added advantage.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or retail sales preferred (training provided).
• Passionate about beauty and helping customers feel confident.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
• Team player with a positive attitude and sales-driven mindset.
