Role Description

The Client Advisory role is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur, offered on a hybrid model that combines in-office collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility.

In this role, the advisor will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial goals, risk profiles, and protection needs, and provide tailored insurance and wealth planning recommendations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client consultations, preparing and presenting financial proposals, following up on inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management.

Regular participation in training, meetings, and professional development activities is expected to enhance advisory expertise and service quality.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build trust and effectively explain financial solutions.
• Relevant experience in financial advisory, insurance, banking, or wealth management is beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Human Resources, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and meet performance and compliance standards.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and willingness to participate in continuous learning and skill development.
