As an Admin Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the company's daily operations run efficiently while supporting both our office and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

Procurement & Supplier Coordination

• Prepare purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding material orders and deliveries.
• Monitor delivery schedules and outstanding orders.
• Maintain supplier database and pricing records.

Customer Service

Finance Support

Office Management

Requirements

• Minimum N-Level, O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Prior administrative experience is an advantage but not required .
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to communicate in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Responsible, organised, and willing to learn.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the renovation, interior design, or construction industry is a bonus but not essential.
