Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop strong relationships with clients, and play a key role in driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to enhance business growth.
• Develop strategic sales plans and present proposals to meet customer needs and achieve company objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure excellent service delivery.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain records of sales activities.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote the company’s services.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma Holder in any specialisation (preferably electrical or mechanical)
• 2+ years of experience in construction equipment sales, aerial work platforms rental business unit, BESS unit.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.
