Job Summary

Manage and lead all food and beverage operations, designing menus, purchasing goods, and improving services. Lead and develop the F&B team while ensuring customer needs are proactively addressed and supplier arrangements are effectively negotiated.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Design and update menus to create exceptional dining experiences that meet customer preferences
• Purchase food and beverage goods, continuously improving procurement processes for quality and cost-efficiency
• Identify and respond proactively to customer needs and concerns to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• Attract, recruit, train, and appraise F&B personnel to build a skilled and motivated team
• Facilitate two-way communication and foster an ownership culture emphasizing motivation and teamwork
• Organize, direct, and evaluate food and beverage service to maintain high standards
• Schedule shifts to optimize team coverage and operational efficiency
• Negotiate supplier contracts and arrangements to secure favorable terms for food and beverage products
