Job description

• Lead a team of coordinator associates, providing administrative support to the Operations team.
• Coordinate and prepare all necessary documentation for warehouse cargo movements while ensuring compliance with operational standards.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports, including correspondence, plans, and expense tracking.
• Work closely with operations personnel to ensure cargo is ready for scheduled deliveries.
• Update systems such as SAP and WMS accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor and track shipment details in coordination with forwarding agents.
• Prepare and manage cycle count reports.
• Communicate with customers via email while ensuring all interactions meet required quality standards.
• Update shipment and domestic delivery statuses promptly.
• Carry out other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration.
