Admin Assistant

JobScope:

GeneralAdministration

•                   Assist in the counting / sorting / packing / distribution ofbrochures or leaflets/items to the teachers and students.

•                   Assist in the dissemination of information: school circulars,parents’ messages.

•                   Inventory management of spare uniforms and first aid items.

•                   Assist with the updating of Organisational Chart when new staffjoins, or resigning staff leaves.

•                   Assist with updating the attendance system on a daily basis, usingthe IT-enabled system of attendance tracking.

•                   Any other duties assigned by School Leaders, AdministrativeManagers (AM) or Operation Managers (OM), including supporting school keypersonnel as assigned by the AM.

Reception

•                   Cover front desk customer service duties for Primary School andMOE Kindergarten.

•                   Answer phone calls, attend to walk-in visitors, takes messages,responds to enquiries and provide general useful information (in a dynamicenvironment where high calls volume can be expected during peak hours).

•                   Maintain customer related information when required, eg phone log.

•                   Communicate with teachers regarding parents’ feedback/ messagesfrom phone calls or walk-in parents.

•                   Handle daily varied demands and queries from parents/ students/vendors/ staff etc.

Requirement:

Experience:

•                   Working experience as administrative role @ educational institutions

Qualification:

•                   3 GCE “N” Level Passes including English and Mother Tonguelanguage.
