Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, document filing and record keeping
Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders and related documentation
Compile and organise service reports, including photo documentation, for submission to clients
Coordinate job scheduling and facilitate communication between site, office and management
Support daily operations and carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
Minimum N-Level / O-Level or equivalent
Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates and suppliers)
Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer applications
Experience with CRM is an advantage
Meticulous, well-organised and able to work independently
Prior admin experience in a construction, engineering or M&E environment is an advantage; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply

We design, install and maintain electrical systems for commercial, industrial and infrastructure clients, from LT/HT installations and lighting upgrades to EV charging, lightning protection and ACMV.
