Our client is the global leader in commercial real estate services and investments. With their current expansion, they are looking for a Facilities Technician to join the team.

Oversee, manage, and accompany contractors during scheduled maintenance for various systems and functions within the building.
Carry out technical tasks as an initial response to building issues.
Manage and maintain Chiller System, ACMV, Building Management Systems (BMS).
Perform routine maintenance on building systems
Perform minor repairs, change lighting, address power outages, and assist with moving and setting up spaces.
Provide facilities management services for assigned buildings, including preventive maintenance, pest control, landscaping, and security management through appointed contractors and subcontractors.
Investigate, assess, and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to identify their causes and prevent future issues.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
If you are someone with the following, lets chat!
Minimum Nitec in Engineering or a related field.
At least 3 years of working experience in M&E trades, including chiller systems, or an equivalent qualification in Facilities Management or Building Services.
Proven technical expertise with strong troubleshooting skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with tenants.

5.5 days work week
