Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Diploma or 2 years, relevant work experience in IT.
  • Minimum 2 years, experience in managing and working with Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Experience in IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of system patching process and experience in the administration of Microsoft System. Center Configuration Manager and Microsoft System Center Operations Manager will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and functions.
  • Good understanding of change management process principles.
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues arising out of system patching.
  • Ability to perform post-patching validation of systems and applications.
