Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Coordinate project activities across different departments and teams.
• Assign responsibilities and monitor team performance and deliverables.
• Track project schedules, budgets, resources, and expenses.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies.
• Monitor project progress and take corrective action when required.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and achievements to stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project meetings and maintain project documentation.
• Manage changes to project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality and business requirements.
• Resolve issues and remove obstacles that could impact project delivery.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and applicable standards.
• Conduct project closure activities and document lessons learned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven experience managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
