VISITOR SERVICE ASSOCIATE (HEALTHCARE SECTOR) | DAY/NIGHT SHIFT AVAILABLE | NORTH AREA

Job Title: Visitor Service Associate (VSA)
Location: Woodlands South
Work Mode: 5 Days Work Week (Inclusive of Weekends)

Shift Timing:
Morning Shifts - 7:30am - 4:30pm | 9:30am - 6:30pm | 10:30am - 7:30pm 
Afternoon Shifts - 11am - 8:30pm | 12:30pm to 9:30pm
Night Shifts - 7:30pm to 7:30am | 9:30pm to 9:30am

Responsibilities:

Greet, guide, and assist patients, visitors, and caregivers upon arrival.
Provide directions to hospital departments, wards, or facilities.
Manage visitor registration and ensure adherence to hospital entry protocols.
Assist with crowd control and queue management in high-traffic areas.
Offer wheelchair assistance when required.
Handle general inquiries regarding hospital services, facilities, and visiting hours.
Ensure compliance with hospital safety, security, and infection control policies.
Provide support during emergencies (e.g., fire evacuation, code blue situations) by assisting staff and guiding visitors.
Collect feedback from patients and visitors to improve service quality.
Report incidents, feedback, or complaints to supervisors for follow-up.
Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions to create a positive hospital experience.

Basic Requirements:

Physically fit, as long hours of standing is required.
Preferably minimum of 1-year frontline experience. Background in healthcare will be advantageous.
Good interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.
