岗位职责
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure food preparation, service workflow, and food quality meet company standards and SOPs.
Manage and coordinate the performance of kitchen teams, ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and service requirements.
Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and supplier delivery verification to minimize wastage and control costs.
Assist with staff scheduling and manpower deployment to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Conduct orientation and on-the-job training for new hires.
Job Requirements:
Candidates with leadership experience in the food and beverage industry or related service sectors are preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certification is an advantage.
