Job Summary

Support data management and system training to ensure accurate information flow and compliance within SBM’s operational processes.

Responsibilities

Enter personal information accurately into databases from forms or spreadsheets to maintain data integrity

Conduct periodic audits to verify data accuracy and compliance with company standards

Train clients and new supervisors/executives on the inhouse system 4Insite to enhance user proficiency

Review data for errors and report unusual findings to management for timely resolution

Collect and verify completeness of information before data entry into software programs

Maintain data accuracy through regular updates and quality checks

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data systems to ensure smooth operations

Assist management in monitoring data feeds into new systems for consistency and reliability

Monitor training compliance within the knowledge centre assigned to employees to support workforce development

Oversee monthly data feeds for quality, safety, and personnel details to uphold operational standards

Communicate effectively with team members to resolve data errors and operational challenges

Scan, print, and organize documents required for data entry to maintain proper records

Adhere to privacy guidelines as mandated by local laws to protect sensitive information

Generate weekly and monthly reports on customer feedback and improvement areas to inform management decisions

Ensure software updates are applied promptly and provide training to new employees on company processes

File and organize paperwork to maintain a clear record of original documents for audit purposes
