Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily production operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Support in resolving day-to-day staff and operational issues.
• Follow up on assigned tasks, monitor progress, and provide timely updates to the supervisor.
• Coordinate general operational activities and provide on-site support when required.
• Take initiative to identify operational issues and propose practical solutions

Requirements:

Must Have:

• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• A good team player with a cooperative and positive attitude.
• Willing to learn and take initiative to improve work processes.
• Willing to work the Night shift
• Able to handle non-halal materials/ products as required.
• For Local Malaysian Only

Good to Have:

• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Experience in F&B, retail, or fast-paced business environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin to facilitate smooth communication and coordination with Mandarin-speaking Merchant.

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and team-oriented individual with strong communication and coordination skills. Able to work independently during night shifts, handle operational issues effectively, and adapt well to a fast-paced production environment. Malaysian candidates only.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
