Job Description

We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Player Support Specialist to join our remote team. You will be responsible for assisting users through various communication channels, resolving account and platform-related inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and timely customer support through live chat, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist users with account-related inquiries, transactions, platform features, and general issues.
• Understand users' concerns and provide clear, accurate, and appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and reported issues.
• Follow company procedures, service standards, and communication guidelines.
• Ensure a positive and professional user experience at all times.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Good command of English for communication and work-related tasks.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Player Support, Live Chat Support, or Platform Operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
• Must have a personal computer/laptop and stable internet connection for remote work.
• Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin communication skills are welcome to apply.

Shift Pattern
The role operates on a rotational schedule:

• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
