Hiring: Lead Java Developer | Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer to join our team and lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Extendable)

Experience: 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise Java applications
• Design and develop scalable Microservices using Spring Boot
• Build, deploy, and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with backend systems
• Lead technical design discussions and provide technical guidance to developers
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and support production applications

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience
• Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot & Microservices
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar CI/CD tools
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SQL databases & application integration
• Experience with Git and Maven/Gradle
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving & communication skills
