Job Summary
Join Autoshield as a Management Trainee and develop skills in car and SME insurance sales. Complete structured training and performance evaluation to advance to Assistant Manager within 1 year and Manager within 2-3 years, leading your own team.
Responsibilities
Learn and apply knowledge of car insurance and SME insurance products to provide accurate business insurance quotes, including Fire, Building, Workmen Compensation, and Public Liability Insurance
Complete a 6-month on-the-job training program guided by senior team members to develop sales and client management skills
Demonstrate performance and deliverables during the subsequent 6-month observation period to meet promotion criteria
Manage and lead a team of up to 3 members upon promotion to Manager, driving team performance and business growth
Engage with business owners to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions that align with client requirements and underwriters’ risk appetite
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Fresh graduates with ITE, Diploma, or Degree qualifications preferred
O level holders with relevant working experience are welcome
