Job Responsibilities

Assist the project manager with on and off-site meetings pertaining to technical issues.

Responsible for submission of architectural samples, shop drawings, and other related documents to the consultants or authorities.

Coordinate and monitor work progress at the site including periodic site inspections and attending meetings during the course of the project.

Able to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders.

Development of Procedures, detailed Engineering calculations, drawing, and specifications.

Plan monthly work schedules and set productivity to be achieved.

Verify technical specifications for adequacy.

Identify and record any product quality problems and implement solutions for any issues faced.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or its equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Projects, Autodesk AutoCAD/Revit
• Excellent at reading and understanding construction plan and drawings
• Experience with private or public residential projects would be advantageous
• At least 3-4 years of working experience in a related field
